ABSTRACT
Abstract: Research on high-quality development has accumulated to a certain extent, but few articles have detailed research on high-quality development, that is, studying high-quality development of enterprises at the micro level. Therefore, from the micro-enterprise level, this article combs the relevant research literature in four aspects: the connotation of high-quality development, the evaluation system, the influencing factors and the realization path. The study found that the academic community believes that the connotation of high-quality development of enterprises is mainly reflected in high-level endogenous development motivation, high-level comprehensive output efficiency, high-recognized quality products and services, highly-adapted leading business layout, and high motivation. There are seven aspects of adaptive resilience organization, high-fit market-oriented operation mechanism, and high-identity common-benefit social reputation. However, there are some difficulties in determining the evaluation system and influencing factors of high-quality development at this stage. At present, it is mainly based on the quality of macroeconomic growth, and lacks macro and micro-level considerations. There are many studies on the realization path, but there is no comprehensive, scientific and complete. At the same time, there are few foreign papers on high-quality development, and it is difficult to learn from foreign experience. Academia can conduct in-depth research on the construction of evaluation system, influencing factors and realization paths, and summarize the indicators, influencing factors and realization paths that can reflect the quality of economic development through theoretical analysis and empirical research, and empirical research is the system The establishment of the foundation, theoretical research provides theoretical suggestions for empirical research and standard formulation, and finally establishes a complete and unified scientific system to serve the high-quality development of enterprises in the new era. This paper sorts out the relevant research on the high-quality development of enterprises, hoping to provide a new vision and reference for the follow-up research on the high-quality development of enterprises.
