Research on Landscape Space Reconstruction of Old Residential Quarters Based on Computer Aided Design

Published: 22 November 2021 Publication History

Abstract

Affected by economic development, the speed of urban renewal is getting faster and faster. Old residential areas left in the early development of some cities not only affect the appearance of the city, but also cause many social problems to a certain extent. Due to the limitations of historical conditions, outdated design concepts and functional aging of landscape space, the landscape space of the old community can no longer meet the requirements of residents for environmental quality in the new era, and can not meet the needs of residents' life and outdoor activities. Therefore, it is imperative to carry out humanized transformation of the landscape space of the old community. As the main place where the elderly live and move, due to the early construction time, the internal supporting facilities of software and hardware do not match the needs of the elderly, and there are many shortcomings in the suitability of outdoor landscape space. Based on the computer aided design technology, this paper analyzes the green landscape of old residential areas, finds out the difficulties in the renovation of old residential areas, and provides feasible schemes and reasonable suggestions for the landscape space renovation of old urban residential areas.
