Research on the Training and Practice of Preschool Education Professionals under the Concept of "OBE"

Abstract

With the continuous improvement of science and technology and comprehensive national strength in our country, people have higher and higher requirements for the professional level of preschool education. In the current education foundation construction, preschool education is still a relatively weak link. Therefore, it is extremely urgent to create a pre-school education professional talent training model system that meets the needs of social development. The arrangement of the scale of training talents in preschool education majors, the arrangement of curriculum goals, and the implementation of talent training programs have a strong influence on the training of preschool education talents. The purpose of this article is to explore the training and practice of preschool education professionals under the OBE concept. This article proposes a reform policy for the training of pre-school education professionals from the perspective of the OBE concept, that is, to ensure the training objectives of the pre-school education major, construct the pre-school education professional curriculum pattern, explore the student-oriented education and teaching structure, and attach importance to practical teaching capabilities To improve the quality of training of preschool education professionals. The experimental results show that by exploring the training and practice of pre-school education professionals under the OBE concept, the practical teaching system continuously improves students' educational and teaching practice capabilities, adapts them to the actual needs of pre-school education practice, and enables students to become competent in kindergarten care and education work and have the core Competitive applied professionals have far-reaching practical significance.
