Research on the Innovation of Educational Management of Middle and University Students in the New Media Vision

Published: 22 November 2021 Publication History

Abstract

In the information age, online media has been widely acclaimed, and college students have become an important part of the "low-headed group." Students present unique characteristics, such as the virtualization of interpersonal communication, the change of traditional socialization methods, and the enhancement of autonomy. The management work poses new challenges. The new media environment makes the management of college students face the predicament of informal network groups, reduced authority of educators, and diversified values. Therefore, college workers should strengthen management in this area, combine the characteristics of students' hobbies to give full play to the advantages of new media, and use new media channel innovation to educate and manage students to improve their comprehensive quality in the new media atmosphere.
