Higher Education Cultivation of Students' Learning Habits in the Process of Empowerment of Digital Information Technology —— Taking the Cultivation of Body Quotient as an Example

Abstract

China has fully entered the practice environment of subject literacy reform, and it is necessary to pay attention to the life-long development of students so that students can achieve all-round development. Among them, in the discipline of information technology, there is a more concerned subject literacy goal, that is, "digital learning ability", that is, the key ability for students to use online platforms and digital resources to achieve independent learning, reflecting that human society has truly entered the Internet era. The characteristics of the environment are also a key goal put forward by students in their lifelong growth. Therefore, college information technology teachers should actively cultivate students' digital learning capabilities. This paper discussed the cultivation of student learning habits in the process of empowering digital information technology in higher education.
