Design and Interface Specification of the Health Code

Health code is a special product created during the epidemic outbreak. On the basis of one's personal health data, an exclusive code representing his or her personal health condition is generated by comparing and verifying what the resident reports online via health condition registration system with data about the epidemic outbreak. The health code serves as an electronic certificate for residents to access and pass through. Precise control and fast verification is achieved by flashing and scanning the code which is therefore applied in various scenarios of urban management and public service. This paper introduces the design rules of the health code platform as well as the docking scheme and principles among the platforms, aiming to accelerate the development of "Internet + government services" with the strong promotion of health code as an opportunity.
