Realization of Large Automatic Corn Husker Based on Threshing Tooth Spacing and Height Variation

Published: 14 March 2022 Publication History

Abstract

Maize is an important mass crop of cereals in China and even in most countries of the world, Maize husk is an important part of maize harvesting machinery, its effectiveness directly affects the yield index of maize harvesting, such as labour efficiency, the main structural parameters of the device are determined and a new threshing drum with adjustable diameter is designed. Based on the parameter calculation of the main components of threshing drum, the kinematics and dynamics analysis of the clearance adjustment mechanism are carried out. Experimental study: in this paper, the design of automatic corn peeling machine cumulative threshing separation rate tend to be 100%, in drum length interval finished about 50% of the grain threshing separation, confirmed the threshing teeth spacing more small is advantageous to the separation of corn grey skin and piece.
