Pages 2646 - 2649
Abstract
With the development of the Internet and international education, the sharing of teaching resources and the interoperability of teaching systems have become a very important and urgent issue. Under the leadership of the Ministry of Education, China has begun the research and formulation of international educational technology norms, focusing on solving the above two problems. A brief introduction to the international educational technology norms, focusing on the overall framework of the China Modern International Educational Technology Series (DLTS), a brief introduction to the various sub-standards, and clarification of the mutual relationship between the various sub-standards relation. Finally, the application of the standard is explained, and an application example is given.
