ABSTRACT

Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and low accuracy of DOA estimation of coherent targets under strong interference background by traditional algorithms, this paper proposes a weighted spatial smoothing algorithm to solve DOA estimation method of coherent targets on the basis of constructing interference blocking matrix to eliminate strong interference in specific direction. First through the angle of the received signal matrix information blocking matrix constructed out of covariance matrix of interference information, and then the covariance matrix, combining since between submatrix, cross-correlation matrix to estimate the contribution of different perspective, using the nested pair again after spatial smoothing algorithm to get the weighted matrix array weighted smoothing, so as to realize the solution of coherent source coherence and DOA estimation. Simulation results show that the proposed method has higher estimation accuracy than the traditional algorithm under strong disturbance conditions.
