ABSTRACT
This research presents the design and control of a machine for use in homes, using mechatronic systems. In this work, control is defined for the correct use of UV light, thus being the most efficient. The development of the project shows that the application of the intensity control application of the bulbs that emit UV rays improves autonomy and the external coupling improves the safety of the system. Control of disinfection time was also added for each type of different product to be disinfected. In addition, the system showed the ease of use and high efficiency.

UV nanoimprint lithography of sub-100nm nanostructures using a novel UV curable epoxy siloxane polymer
We reported the replication of sub-100nm nanostructures by an ultraviolet (UV) nanoimprint lithography (NIL) technique. We used a novel UV curable epoxy siloxane polymer as the NIL resist to achieve features as small as 50nm. The polymeric soft molds ...
Development of a novel, low-viscosity UV-curable polymer system for UV-nanoimprint lithography
There are two basic types of nanoimprint lithography: hot embossing using thermoplastic or thermosetting polymers and UV-based nanoimprint lithography (UV-NIL) using UV-curable polymer systems. Since the interest in UV-NIL has been constantly increasing ...
Portable UV nanoimprint lithography system using hydraulic pressure
AbstractNanoimprint lithography (NIL) is the next-generation alternative to conventional photolithography involving an inexpensive and high throughput process. However, conventional NIL equipment requires a bulky air compressor which possesses ...
