The Application of AHP in the Evaluation of the Competitiveness of Exhibition Cities

Abstract

Abstract: With the fast development in the exhibition economy of China in recent years, the exhibition industry has become the growth pole in promoting economic development in some Cities. However, our exhibition industry has a short history, and many problems could not be neglected on the whole. There is a big gap between our exhibition industry and that of the powers. The competitiveness of exhibition cities is an important standard in assessing complex exhibition strength and prospects. This research will start from the assessing system in the competitiveness of exhibition, and try to build a scientific, reasonable, and practical assessing system in exhibition competitiveness.
