ABSTRACT
This paper presents the results of a pilot study on international patrons’ experience interacting with a U.S. university library website. It identifies the unique needs, pain points, and emotional and cognitive state of international students as they use the online library services, and makes recommendations on designing usable and culturally-inclusive experiences for global users.
