Construction and Debugging of High Gain Zero Current Input Ripple Converter

Published: 13 April 2022 Publication History

Abstract

The initial voltage provided by photovoltaic modules and energy storage cells is low, so they need higher boost conversion to be integrated into DC microgrid, which means higher gain DC-DC converter is needed. On the other hand, large input current ripple will cause great electromagnetic interference to power supply or load, and shorten the service life of power supply (photovoltaic, fuel cell and energy storage cell) in DC microgrid. Therefore, this paper proposes a construction method of zero input current ripple high gain converter, and designs a family of DC-DC converters with zero input current ripple and high voltage gain.
