Analysis and Study of Tight Lock Coupler Impact Coupling Test

Published: 13 April 2022 Publication History

Abstract

In order to study the dynamic characteristics of the shock coupling process and the stability of the shock coupling at different speeds, it is of great significance to carry out shock coupling experiments on the tight lock coupler. In this paper, a shock coupling test scheme is designed for the tight lock coupler, and the test research is carried out. The results show that the moving couplers impact the fixed couplers at a speed of 10kmh, the instantaneous real velocity before impact is 11.016 km/h measured by the velocity measurement system. Under this working condition, the coupler is connected successfully, the connecting process is very smooth and smooth, and the buffer is not damaged.
