FreezEye Tracker – novel fast and precise platform for retinal eye-tracking system for psychophysical experiments

Published: 08 June 2022 Publication History

Abstract

In modern video trackers relatively low spatial resolution prevents from reliable observation of the small-amplitude movements. To overcome this limitation we use finer features such as retinal blood vessels as a tracked objects. Our novel tracker provides 0.1 arcmin precision at the 1240 Hz temporal resolution. We show its potential and exemplary applications.
