The Talking Books Web Library of the Lighthouse for the Blind of Greece

ABSTRACT

The general trend regarding library services for visually impaired goes towards digital technology and electronic books to be downloaded via Internet. This paper illustrates a talking books web library for people who are blind or with low vision. It is an electronic service of the Lighthouse for the Blind of Greece addressing individuals who are blind or visually impaired.
