ABSTRACT
As the number of electronic transactions develops, quick and precise user identification and verification are necessary. ATMs have already been used by the banking sector to make payments and provide financial services to their customers. However, security is a key challenge while using these systems. Personal identifying numbers (PINs), SMS verification are commonly used for identification and security permissions in bank accounts and computer systems. But these traditional systems are not very reliable. On the other hand, any type of biometric security system is going to provide more security than a password or SMS verification security system. Because this security system identifies people by verifying their physical or behavioral characteristics. To improve more security, fingerprint recognition technology can be utilized in conjunction with ATMs for human identification. We presented a fingerprint-based biometric method in ATM banking in this research. The end result is that a fingerprint-based biometric verified ATM system has been upgraded, ensuring higher security and increasing client confidence in the banking industry.
