Research on the Optimization Scheme of Enterprise Raw Material Ordering and Transshipment based on TOPSIS Method

Published: 22 August 2022 Publication History

Abstract

Reasonable ordering and transshipment solutions can minimize the total cost of the enterprise, this paper establishes a model to provide solutions for the maximization of future operational benefits of production-oriented enterprises. First, establish the supplier evaluation model of TOPSIS pros and cons distance method, and screen out the most important suppliers. Then, the two-stage linear programming model is used to find the most economical purchase method that takes into account the production requirements in the next 24 weeks, and the 0-1 integer programming is used to solve the transshipment plan with the lowest loss rate. Finally, on this basis, the constraints of the original linear programming are considered to be strengthened, and the potential coefficient is calculated to obtain the increase in the production capacity of the enterprise. After the improvement, a new optimal solution and transfer plan are given.
