ABSTRACT
In view of the special background of the city being forced to close classes under the ravages of the epidemic, combined with the online teaching practice experience, the teaching mode innovation practice exploration was carried out. Using PDCA classical model in the field of management idea, from the Angle of the teaching process of the closed loop, designed the "P - D heading practice - C word checks - A word ascend" of the "four-step teaching method", practice the "know students, knowledge demand, platform" "building blocks, hui platter, east wind" "in-class quiz, online test, case discussion" and so on teaching practice, Through "being the anchor, the director and the judge", the online teaching path mode is solidified, and the "proper lesson preparation, teaching, evaluation and improvement" is achieved to improve the teaching effect.
