On-line Diagnosis of Secondary System Defective Equipment Based on Association Rules and Improved D-S Evidence Theory

Published: 18 July 2022 Publication History

Abstract

At present, the defective equipment of the secondary system mainly relies on manual diagnosis, and the diagnosis efficiency and accuracy are low due to the limitation of the technical level of the personnel. This paper proposes an on-line diagnosis method for defective equipment in secondary systems based on association rules and improved D-S evidence theory. The association rules based on Apriori algorithm are used to classify the operation and maintenance data of the secondary system, and the abnormal information of secondary system operation is used as the evidence source., and input it into the defect diagnosis method based on the improved D-S evidence theory to complete the online diagnosis of the defective equipment in the secondary system. It solves the problems of large amount of data in secondary system operation and maintenance, many causes of defects, and inaccurate defect identification.
