ABSTRACT
Under the employment environment of pressure continues unabated, the expansion and impact of professional master's degree, and the employment of academic graduates should also receive social attention. Based on the employment data of academic graduates from X University from 2011 to 2015, this paper conducts a statistical analysis of the trend and development of its employment flow from multiple dimensions such as career market selection and study abroad countries, so as to provide empirical support for the government and universities to formulate relevant policies to improve the employment quality of master's students.
