ABSTRACT
The article deals with the issues of preparing students in the conditions of digital personalized learning. The main priorities of digital transformation, its framework models, the main stages of changing the culture of an educational organization from analog to digital are given. The authors proposed a digital platform where students have the opportunity to participate in the development of educational programs, create their own learning trajectories, for example, after determining their own level of English proficiency, add disciplines and topics of interest, choose the presented courses and enroll in them.
The results of the study showed the success of the digital platform, as well as a fairly high level of digital literacy of employees, which contributes to the introduction of modern approaches to the implementation of university activities and readiness for new challenges.
