ABSTRACT

According to the performance requirements of the hydraulic system of the automobile disassembly machine, taking the fixed automobile disassembly machine as the research object, this paper analyzes the working principle of the hydraulic system, establishes the simulation model of the load sensitive pump, boom and fixture system by using AMESim software, and analyzes the simulation results. The results show that according to the parameters set by the sub model, the simulation curves of the hydraulic system of load sensitive pump, boom and fixture are obtained. The simulation results have less error compared with the actual setting, which provides a reference for the further study of the hydraulic system of automobile disassembly machine in the future.
