Research on Employment Guidance for Graduates in Big Data Era

Abstract

With the advent of big data era, although universities are faced with great challenges in carrying out employment guidance education, what they should focus on are the opportunities and advantages brought by it. In big data era, universities should make full use of the advantages of big data to improve the mode of employment guidance. Teachers should make full use of big data platforms and provide personalized career services for students. Therefore, the employment guidance for the graduates still needs continuous innovation and improvement to adapt to the requirements of the new situation and the new era.
