Published:30 November 2022Publication History

ABSTRACT

Based on the realistic background of optimizing the business environment and promoting the agglomeration and development of high-tech industries, the entropy method and location entropy are used to measure the comprehensive value of the business environment and the level of high-tech industry agglomeration, construct a spatial measurement model, and discuss the business environment. and its sub-levels on the agglomeration and development of high-tech industries. The research results show that: (1) The business environment has a significant positive effect on the agglomeration of high-tech industries. (2) The importance of government affairs environment, factor environment, and legal environment to the agglomeration and development of high-tech industries weakened in turn. The research results help to deeply understand the contribution of the business environment to the agglomeration development of high-tech industries. Finally, this paper puts forward valuable research implications based on the research results.
