Influence of Flexible Management on Students' Entrepreneurial Competency in Private Universities: Taking China Nanning University as an Example

ABSTRACT

Promoting "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Initiative" is an important part of China's innovation-driven comprehensive transformation and upgrading and high-quality development in the new era. University students are the main component of entrepreneurship, and their entrepreneurial competency has a direct impact on the development of economy and society. This paper takes Nanning University as an example to reveal the relationship between the flexible management on students and their entrepreneurial competency in private universities in China. The study shows that the setting of series curriculum on entrepreneurship education and the flexible management of entrepreneurship education practice system significantly improves students' learning ability; the flexible management on students' participation in entrepreneurship lectures and skills training significantly affects students' communication ability; all indicators of flexible management have a significant positive impact on improving students' leadership; the implementation of flexible management on students' participation in entrepreneurship skills training and entrepreneurship education practice system, and on teaching process can significantly improve students' business ability
