ABSTRACT
This paper uses the knowledge graph analysis method to compare the similarities and differences of art therapy at home and abroad. Through domestic and foreign art therapy research, it is found that the overall number of publications fluctuates and rises, which shows that art therapy-related research is attracting more and more attention. There are similarities and partial overlaps in the hot research of art therapy at home and abroad, such as in the fields of expressive art therapy, youth group research, and psychotherapy. However, the differences are more prominent: in terms of the distribution of disciplines, domestic research is mostly concentrated on theoretical research such as pedagogy, art, and literature and art, while foreign countries are mostly distributed in the fields of clinical psychology and various types of rehabilitation therapy. In terms of the core author group, although the author team represented by Li Shiwu, Liu Zhonghua, and Zhu Hengchu has been formed in China, the core author group has not yet been formed, but it has been formed abroad. In terms of hot research, both at home and abroad focus on the research on the integration of art therapy and psychotherapy, but domestic research attaches more importance to the branch research of art therapy, but foreign research on the clinical application of art therapy is more in-depth. Through analysis, we hope to make a contribution to the development trend of art therapy in China.
