ABSTRACT
Quick and easy documentation process plays an important role in a project. Including the management of the work breakdown structure (WBS) and all documents used in the project. However, the fast and easy documentation process has not yet been carried out in the Telecommunication Digital Solution (TDS) division at PT Telkomsigma, due to the absence of an information system that can support this condition. Based on this research, the aim is to develop a website-based project documentation e-documentation information system that can be used to simplify the project documentation process. This study uses the R&D (Research and Development) method with 5 stages starting from problem analysis, design, realization or development, evaluation or testing, and implementation. As well as in this study the final result of the information system developed is in the form of a website-based application called PERS (Project E-documentation & Reporting System). Then to test whether the developed information system is in accordance with the needs, a UAT (User Acceptance Testing) will be carried out with a correspondent number of 50 people for testing and then the results of the UAT that are carried out produce almost all the menus on the PERS application function very well but there are still 2 menus that still don't match.
