Blockchain technology is a distributed, open and decentralized large-scale network accounting book. Anyone can use the same technical standards to add their own information at any time, extend the blockchain, and continue to meet various needs. Data entry required. This article build a Linear Regression Equation and uses event research and web scraping techniques to determine whether blockchain investment announcements affect the market value of listed companies, and then to determine whether and how the market will respond to investment in blockchain technology. The results show that blockchain investment announcements have had a significant positive impact on the market value of businesses in the short term, but it have trended downward over time.
