Analysis on the Training Mode of Live Broadcast e-Commerce Talents in Secondary Vocational Schools under the Rural Revitalization Strategy

ABSTRACT

In recent years, live-streaming e-commerce has gradually developed into an effective means of boosting economic development in rural China. However, in view of the current shortage of human resources in the live e-commerce industry in China's rural areas, the imbalance between supply and demand of personnel, the imperfect talent training system, the lack of understanding of live e-commerce teaching in secondary vocational schools, the lack of teachers' ability, and the lack of supporting teaching resources and other problems. , This paper constructs a "PPPRE" live e-commerce talent training model from five aspects: Purpose, Prediction, Process, Resource, and Evaluation, establishes a multi-party collaborative talent training model, clarifies the professional training goals, and enriches live broadcast e-commerce and provides a reference for helping rural revitalization and cultivating high-quality skilled talents.
