ABSTRACT

With the development of the times, accurate teaching based on data has become a trend in the development of education. Teachers' data literacy is the key to data-based precision teaching practice. Teachers' data literacy should adapt to the transformation of data-based teaching paradigm. Therefore, according to the teacher data literacy model, the questionnaire is designed from five dimensions of teachers' personal information, awareness and attitude, basic knowledge, core skills and thinking methods. Combined with the analysis of the typical teachers' classroom normal teaching video using improved Flanders, it is found that teachers' data literacy needs to be improved. Based on this, corresponding solutions are proposed from the government level, enterprise level, school level and teacher level.
