Structural Principle and Common Failure Analysis of Sliding Plug Door of CRH380B EMU

Published: 10 April 2023 Publication History

Abstract

Sliding plug door is an important part of the EMU body, mainly composed of drive unit, equipment support, door leaf, door frame, internal and external operation panel, platform compensator and other components. The sliding plug door is designed to be driven electrically. The opening and closing process of the door leaf is driven by the motor M1 powered by 110V voltage. The software inside the door controller DCU controls the positive and negative polarity of the voltage at both ends of the motor to control the positive and negative rotation of the motor, thus driving the opening and closing of the door leaf. This paper analyzes the structure and working principle of CRH380B EMU sliding plug door, summarizes the common fault phenomena, analyzes the causes of the fault, and expounds the fault treatment methods.
