Design of Air Source System based on Remote Monitoring

Published:19 April 2023Publication History

ABSTRACT

At this stage, remote monitoring is not adopted for the air source system for rail vehicles. Each time the vehicle enters the garage, the inspector needs to make a visual inspection around the vehicle. Therefore, the inspection method is only used to check whether the surface is normal or not, but can`t check the internal condition of the air source system. In view of the above conditions, a remote monitoring device has been developed for the air source system in the rail transit industry, it can collect the information of temperature and air pressure at the output port of the system in real time and sends them to the mobile phone and computer remotely through the cloud. Through data analysis, it can find out whether there is any abnormality in the air source system early, to realize convenient and rapid maintenance, to reduce the risk in vehicle operation and the inspection of the vehicle.
