ABSTRACT
The goal of this panel presentation is to provide viewpoints from business professionals who are involved with academic technology programs using experiential learning courses to recruit career ready graduates. Panel members from corporate America will discuss their successful recruiting efforts that target diverse students leading to full-time employment. The University of South Carolina, Integrated Information Technology program develops a career pathway leading to successful placement. Students experiencing real-world situations in the workplace begin to learn how to identify and solve problems while developing high standards of integrity and ethics.
