ABSTRACT
This paper takes the "Boy's Batting" movement on the south wall of Cave 45 in Dunhuang Yulin Grottoes as an example to carry out VR restoration display and study the application of VR animation technology to reproduce the game movement in ancient frescoes. We use MAYA and ZBRUSH to restore the image of "Boy Batting" in the mural. Combined with VR animation technology, we popularize the movement of ancient people to the audience through digital technology, and get closer to the life of ancient people more intuitively. It provides new ideas and methods for spreading and popularizing traditional culture.
