Plataforma SAC Digital: uma jornada inteligente e sustentavel do governo para o cidadao baiano

ABSTRACT

Este artigo mostra a experiência do Governo do estado da Bahia na implantação da Plataforma SAC Digital. A Plataforma traz o conceito de Hub Digital Omnichannel de informações e serviços públicos, agregando as melhores práticas de soluções digitais, inclusive as de redes sociais, privilegiando a melhor experiência para o cidadão. Apresenta ainda o contexto motivador para o desenvolvimento do projeto, o objetivo, as características e finalidades, os resultados que vêm sendo obtidos desde a sua implantação, as estratégias de enfrentamento dos desafios até chegar à situação atual. Atualmente a Plataforma disponibiliza 476 serviços digitais, com 752.943.314 visualizações de páginas, 4.579.825 cidadãos cadastrados, correspondendo a cerca de 30% da população, e mais de seis milhões de downloads na versão mobile (Android e iOS). Ainda, 12.044.549 atendimentos, sendo 58% via mobile e 42 % via Portal. O artigo trata também das iniciativas de Governança para aceleração do processo de Transformação Digital no Estado.

This article shows the experience of the Government of the state of Bahia in the implementation of the SAC Digital Platform. The Platform brings the concept of an Omnichannel Digital Hub of information and public services, adding the best practices of digital solutions, including those of social networks, favoring the best experience for the citizen. It also presents the motivating context for the development of the project, the objective, the characteristics and purposes, the results that have been obtained since its implementation, the strategies for facing the challenges until reaching the current situation. The Platform currently provides 476 digital services, with 752,943,314 page views, 4,579,825 registered citizens, corresponding to about 30% of the population, and more than six million downloads in the mobile version (Android and iOS). Also, 12,044,549 attendances, 58% via mobile and 42% via Portal. The article also deals with Governance initiatives to accelerate the Digital Transformation process in the State.
