PORTAL RJDIGITAL: digitalizacao para uma sociedade mais inclusiva

ABSTRACT

Este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar a implantação de um Portal Integrado de Serviços Digitais pelo Governo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, conforme realizada pelo PRODERJ, órgão gestor de TIC do Estado, que foi responsável pela formulação e implementação da ‘Estratégia de Governo Digital do Governo’. O objetivo da implantação deste novo Portal era principalmente centralizar o acesso aos serviços do Estado para o cidadão em um só local, fomentando ainda a desburocratização do acesso aos serviços digitais. Ao longo do artigo são apontados quais aspectos foram considerados pela equipe de desenvolvimento como relevantes em relação às boas práticas de iniciativas de governo digital, como a interoperabilidade de governo, uso da identidade digital nacional para autenticação de usuário, adesão ao princípio ‘Once Only’, além da adequação do uso da linguagem ao público-alvo. Acredita-se que a utilização de tais práticas foi decisiva para o sucesso do desenvolvimento e implantação do Portal.
