Construindo a base de uma sociedade digital para o Estado de Mato Grosso

ABSTRACT

O sucesso de uma boa edificação está relacionado a bases sólidas e seguras. A transformação digital também precisa estar fundamentada em estruturas resilientes, confiantes e colaborativas. Não basta criar aplicativos e portais de serviços, é preciso que a governança sobre o processo considere, além de plataformas digitais, os aspectos legais, a simplificação dos processos, uso adequado dos dados, estratégias, cultura digital e visão centrada no usuário. Um usuário bem atendido exige simplicidade no acesso aos serviços e dados que estão distribuídos em diversas bases de dados das entidades envolvidas na entrega dos serviços. Assim, a interoperabilidade de dados torna-se espinha dorsal para a constituição de uma sociedade digital promovendo um ambiente mais democrático e inclusivo. Neste sentido, o Governo de Mato Grosso implementou o XVIA-MT, a plataforma de interoperabilidade que além de integrar os órgãos do Executivo, visa integrar os demais poderes, as empresas privadas e os usuários de serviços.

The success of excellent building is related to solid and secure foundations. Digital transformation also needs to be grounded in resilient, trusting, and collaborative frameworks. It is not enough to create applications and service portals, it is necessary that the governance of the process considers, in addition to digital platforms, legal aspects, simplification of processes, adequate use of data, strategies, digital culture and a user-centered view. A well-attended user requires simplicity to access services and data that are distributed in various databases of entities involved in delivering services. Thus, the interoperability of information becomes the backbone for the constitution of a digital society, promoting a more democratic and inclusive environment. In this sense, the Government of Mato Grosso implemented the XVIA-MT, an interoperability platform that, in addition to integrating the Executive bodies, aims to integrate the other powers, private companies and service users.   Keywords: interoperability, integration, digital society, digital transformation.
