ABSTRACT
Innovation is the first of the five development concepts and an important part of high-quality development. Using the entropy method, coupling coordination degree and other model methods, select the statistical data of 18 prefecture-level cities in Henan Province in 2010,2014,and 2018,analyze and calculate the innovation driving ability and high-quality development level of Henan Province, and coordinate their coupling Analyze the degree and draw the conclusion: (1) Henan Province's innovation-driven level and high-quality development level are showing an upward trend; (2) the coupling and coordination relationship between innovation-driven and high-quality development is developing dynamically, and there are regional differences. the degree of coupling and coordination of cities adjacent to Zhengzhou is relatively high; (3) the degree of coupling and coordination within Henan Province has increased, but most of the prefecture-level cities are in the low-degree coupling stage, and there is no coordinated development trend. Based on this, it is proposed to promote innovation and drive. Suggestions for high-quality economic development.
