Research about Influencing Factors of Bank Staff's Stay Intention on the Job

ABSTRACT

Because of the reason about adaptation of technological innovation, high performance pressure and low development prospects, the retention rate of bank staffs is low. This study build "bank staff retention intention analysis model" to analyze which factors will affect the bank staff's stay intention. This work collects 744 valid questionnaires in the bank. Regression analysis is employed to judge the significant of each hypothesis. According to experiment result, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational trust and transactional leadership will influence stay intention of bank staffs.
