ABSTRACT

This paper constructed the Stackelberg model under the competition of green product and ordinary product supply chain, and analyzed the influence of consumer green sensitivity coefficient and green product cost coefficient on supply chain. The results show that: (1) The improvement of consumers ' green sensitivity has improved the market demand of green products, the competitive advantage of green products has been improved; (2) When the cost coefficient of green products is , the change of the coefficient have influence on the decision-making of the members, the influence is not significant beyond this range; (3) The cooperation of supply chain members can produce green products with higher green degree.
