ABSTRACT
This research aims to develop web-based instructional media, to know students’ learning outcomes after using web-based instructional media, and to know students’ perceptions of web-based instructional media. The research was conducted at an Indonesian Vocational High School Majoring in Information Technology. The development of web-based instructional media used the ADDIE instructional design acronym for Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The study involved 42 students in formative revision and perceptual evaluation. The results of this study found a positive influence after using web-based instructional media based on the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test and an increase in student learning outcomes in the form of pretest and post-test scores from 71.67 to 90.50, or by 18.87. The perception evaluation resulted in 90.53%, meaning that students have a very high level of satisfaction and comfort using web-based instructional media content and that it is suitable for use as a learning supplement.
