ABSTRACT
This paper mainly analyzes the construction of scientific data centers at home and abroad, researches the development and policy support of the construction of scientific data centers in our province, and introduces the effectiveness and problems of the construction of scientific data centers for science and technology evaluation in Gansu Province. By studying the construction of resource system, strengthening the overall planning of scientific data work, doing a good job of top-level design, and improving the integration of scientific data resources into the scientific data center of science and technology evaluation are the necessary prerequisites to do a good job in the scientific data center. It also puts forward opinions and suggestions for the sustainable development of Gansu Provincial Science and Technology Evaluation Scientific Data Center, and promotes the construction of the capacity system of Gansu Provincial Science and Technology Evaluation Scientific Data Center..
