ABSTRACT
Abstract: The rapid development of computer vision and deep learning algorithms has opened up new avenues for understanding and analyzing visual data. Image analysis has evolved as a useful technique in the realm of fashion for apparel detection, segmentation, and suggestion. In this paper, we propose a novel approach that combines image segmentation and similarity-based matching to segment clothing items from images and provide personalized recommendations based on their visual attributes. We aim to accomplish accurate and efficient apparel segmentation and improve overall user experience in fashion recommendation systems by employing cutting-edge deep learning models.
