Sanitizing Drone for Indoor Efficient Cleaning

Published: 09 December 2023 Publication History

Abstract

This article describes a possible model for sanitizing indoor spaces using a quadcopter drone that has 4 Brushless Direct Current motors. The drone is designed with propellers that allow it to carry a 5 Kg weight while running at 100% RPM. To power the drone, a Lithium-Polymer battery with a current limit of 33000 mAh and 11.1 V is used. The target audience for this drone includes schools, hospitals, and private residences, and it uses advanced cleaning technology to improve target detection accuracy and provide reliable sanitization. This prototype represents a new way of using drones in the healthcare industry and has the potential to create a more sanitary indoor environment. The approach presented is compelling and has the potential to improve indoor sanitation significantly.
