ABSTRACT
Abstract: With the construction of underground engineering, well reversal technology becomes more and more important, and the key equipment of well reversal technology is also more and more important.At present, reverse drilling rig is developing towards mechanization, automation, intelligence and safety, and it is widely used in underground engineering construction. In order to make the reverse drilling rig more intelligent and unmanned and facilitate the control of the reverse drilling rig, this paper firstly calculated the mathematical relationship model between various parameters in the drilling process of the reverse drilling rig through Matlab, and obtained the most appropriate torque Tq, weight on bit Fthrust, speed n and drilling speed v required by the reverse drilling rig during reaming drilling Parameter value; Secondly, Simulink is used to build the system model of reaming drilling for reverse drilling rig, and the parameter values required for reaming drilling of reverse drilling rig are calculated through Simulink model to provide the most suitable parameter values for the reaming work of reverse drilling rig. Finally, Matlab is used to analyze the obtained experimental data, and the relationship curve is obtained by polynomial fitting, and the relationship between the weight on bit and the advancing speed of the main thrust cylinder in the drilling process of the reverse drilling rig is obtained, and the relationship formula is obtained. This method obtains the change of the rock breaking weight on the reverse drilling rig with the increasing of the well depth through experiments, and then obtains the weight on bit and the main thrust cylinder through the fitting of the data .The relationship between feed speed provides reference for intelligent control of reverse drilling rig. The results show that there is a certain relationship between the weight on bit and the advancing speed of the main thrust cylinder in the drilling process of reverse drilling rig, and the relationship between them is as follows:y=2.758x^9-16.26x^8-15.73x^7+80.79x^6+13.54x^5-111.7x^4+16.38x^3+〖29.08x〗^2-1.453x+11.6,With the constant change of bit weight, the advance speed of the main push cylinder is also changing. Through the study of the relationship between the weight on bit and the advance speed of the main thrust cylinder, we can collect the data of weight on bit and predict the advance speed of the main thrust cylinder in the working process of the well reverse rig, which provides guidance for the intelligent control of the well reverse rig.
