Analysis and Research on Special Heating Defects of a Kind of Substation Connecting Hardware

ABSTRACT

Actual operation and maintenance found that there are few cases of emergency heating defects in hardware at non current carryring parts of the substation. However, it is difficult to diagnose and eliminate such faults. In order to study a special heating fault of Substation Connecting Fittings, the author analyzes the common heating defects of this type of structure, and simulates the generation process of this special defect based on MATLAB software. In case of specific fault parameters, the actual fault location will cause heating of other parts, while its own heating may not be obvious. In this regard, a separate classification method for this type of defect and a tracking treatment method for this type of fault are proposed to provide technical ideas for the treatment of heating fault of the same type of substation fittings.
