Fault Diagnosis of Tapered Bearing in Elevator Worm Gear Reducer Based on Vibration Signal

Published: 26 March 2024 Publication History

Abstract

With the large-scale put into use of the elevator, the elevator fault has also increased, so it is also necessary to diagnose the elevator fault. Through the collected vibration signal of the elevator can reflect the running state of the elevator, so as to carry out targeted maintenance of the elevator. In this paper, the problem of tapered bearing in elevator worm gear reducer is studied. Fast Fourier transform, BP neural network and support vector machine are used to process the original signal. Firstly, the original signal is transformed into frequency domain signal by Fast Fourier transform, and then thirteen features are extracted in the frequency domain. Finally, BP neural network and support vector machine are used to build and train respectively. This paper discusses which method is more effective, BP neural network or support vector machine.
