Design of Driving System of Drag Moment Detection Device Based on Incremental PID Control

Published:29 April 2024Publication History

ABSTRACT

Towing torque affects vehicle fuel consumption, parts life, easy to cause locking. It is an important detection index of automobile brake caliper. In view of the current phenomena such as single detection method, low degree of automation, few controlled conditions, low detection efficiency and unclear results, this paper adopts the incremental PID control drive system to achieve rapid acceleration of the brake disc to the required test speed, so that the test conditions are more in line with industry standards and enterprise needs, more accurate test data are obtained, and the reliability of the experimental results is improved.
