In this edition of the workshop, we plan to continue the discussion and the analysis involving other countries we could not cover in the last edition as well as new research areas in software engineering. Also, spanning from the gender aspects, we plan to expand the discussion to other aspects of diversity, including Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, and Queer (LGBTQIA+), religion, disability, social and cultural differences, etc. Further, we have collected experiences and obtained contacts with different initiatives and organizations that will enable further activities in our community.
